To be fair, the towing enforcement was communicated. That issue is on me.

However, the remainder of my complaints stand. Also, I moved out and within the same week the apartment was re-leased. But I must pay for half of May even though other tenants occupy the unit.

I didn't think double charging was legal or ethical, but I may not understand the convoluted rules. I still tell anyone and everyone, do not move into this complex.

I am moving out of this dump this week, thank God. I implore anyone and everyone to never, under any circumstances move into this SunRidge managed complex.

There are spider webs, dust, filth, trash, litter, etc. everywhere. The rent is exorbitant, they cannot keep a manager or maintenance personnel. Every major storm our entire building's power goes out, once for twenty hours, however the other buildings in the same complex do not lose power.

I had a handgun and prescriptions taken from my apartment, which no one but me and apartment employees have access to. No sign of forced entry. Couldn't prove it so what are you going to do? Lastly, you cannot have guests over during the weekend or their cars will be towed.

Happened last night. Sign at the gate does say restricted, visitors park in "designated areas." However, the parking lot outside the gate has signs saying, "no parking, towing enforced." Apparently, you must get a pass to display but the issue is there is no one in the office Saturday or Sunday. So, no way to get a pass and nowhere to park. $300 to get the car out.

None of this was communicated. I happened to hear about the need for a sticker while getting a package in the office. It'd been in place for three weeks so I'm lucky I wasn't towed, even though I'm a tenant. I cannot get out of here fast enough.

Stay away!

This place is an overpriced, filthy dump. Beware.

Reason of review: Towing, damage to vehicle.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sunridge Management Group Pros: Managers generally friendly and helpful.

Sunridge Management Group Cons: Towing with no way to get a pass and nowhere to park, Trash, Litter everywhere in the lake view, Expense, Cobwebs.

Location: Rowlett, Texas

I agree. This place is a DUMP.

Management is worthless. God forbid your AC go out. I am stuck in an apartment with no AC. The "renovated" apartments are a JOKE!

My teenager could update these apartments better than they did. Not to mention, the apartment was filthy when we moved in.

Do NOT rent from this place. It is a total waste of money!
