Living situation was not bad - clean, staff was decent. However, be prepared to deal with a debt collection agency once you move out.
According to the office staff, if your final account statement is over $100, they will immediately sell your debt to a collection agency (which I'm not even sure is legal). From there, you will have to fight with the debt collection agency if you have any disputes on the charges and who knows if they will report it to the credit bureau even after it has been paid. Don't bother contacting the corporate office (Sunridge Management). All they're concerned with is swindling every day people out of money.
Don't rent if you can avoid it!Live with a friend or on the streets - much less stressful!
